Refund policy

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. We feel confident that our highly, well-made unique products are just what you're looking for. However, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction so if you are not completely happy with your MaterialJill purchase we are here to help!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be prepared. Note that the costumer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Once the shipping label is paid for it will be sent along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as final sale items or custom orders (ie: special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the original item. Once that return is accepted and processed, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You will be notified once we've received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
